Makes perfect French fries in nearly any style, from thick cut to shoestring to waffle fries. Can be used on potatoes, sweet potatoes, or yams. Most of these vegetables will fit width-wise or length-wise. Also cuts onions for onion rings into sizes up to 1/4" (0.635cm) think.
Softer fruits like oranges, mangoes, and tomatoes can also be sliced. We recommend chilling these vegetables in a crisper before slicing.
